I decided to offer some of my own simple but effective I've discovered in recent years have kept my skin almost perfect easy strategies .

I'm in my 40s and people often comment on how good my skin is healthy and for my age.

If you let me help you along the largest number of these strategies you can, you will see a noticeable improvement in your skin almost instantly.

Here are my top ten optimization male skin easy strategies.

# 10 quit

If you happen to be a smoker, this should be your first priority, not only for your skin but for your overall health . My family has had the impact of smoking-related emphysema and know very well the effects of smoking in the body.

Tobacco smoke has over 4,000 harmful chemicals, including :

Nicotine stimulates blood coagulation resulting in movements and heart attacks .
Tar contains at least 50 known carcinogens
Carbon monoxide: the reduced amount of oxygen that the blood can carry , and deprives cells

# 9 STOP drinking soda and excessive alcohol

Alcoholic and soft drinks dehydrate and deplete essential nutrients needed for the skin to prevent wrinkles and aging
There is often a link between soda drinkers / binge drinking and an unbalanced diet
Alcohol dilates blood vessels and develop facial veins

# 8 CLEAN , SCRUB AND RESTORATION

This may seem pretty obvious, but can be as easy to forget that you brush your teeth. (Which I do not recommend !)

Wash: removes dust / dirt accumulated during the day and stops the sebaceous glands become clogged, swollen and possibly infected
Exfoliate : a good wash removes the top layer of dead skin cells to reveal healthier and smoother skin ( keratinocytes) below. DO NOT DO IT ! If you rub too much or too hard can damage your skin.
Restore: Use a quality moisturizer after washing face / scrub to replenish moisture , promote healing and protect / prevent damage due to dry skin. You can take a step further by using a quality skin serum before moisturizing .

It can be good to wash and restore twice a day , but only exfoliate once . I prefer to do all three at night , do not sleep with junk in my face all night.

# 7 shave hot towels, cold towels and PRE / POST SHAVE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS

Shaving is impressive, but can be a woodland of the facial skin. These tips work best for me:

Pre-shave : use a warm towel for a minute to open the pores , use a pre-shave lotion to soothe the skin and hair
Shaving : Use a new razor and clean, crisp . Rinse frequently.
Aftershave : Use a cold / cold towel to close the pores and reduce swelling. Finish with a facial moisturizer or aftershave high quality .

# 6 Take the time to find at least one SKIN PRODUCT really like texture and smell

This can be frustrating or embarrassing for you, but will return benefits. Like any other product , if you really like , you'll use most often a product that is functional . You must have at least six hours, preferably seven or eight years , and the quality of your sleep should be good. ( It's harder for me because I like to read the iPad before bed can lead to restless sleep light .. ARRRGHH . )
